How to Use This in Beehiiv?

Bulk Enrolling Subscribers into Automation in beehiiv. Follow these quick steps to add subscribers to automation in bulk:

Step 1: Set Up or Modify Your Automation
  • Ensure your automation Trigger is set to Manual.

  • If you have additional conditions, include a Manual to allow bulk enrollment.

Step 2: Create or Select Your Segment
  • If you don’t have a segment, create one with the subscribers you want to enroll.

  • If you already have one—great! You’re halfway there.

Step 3: Add the Segment to Automation
  • Navigate to your segment and go to the Overview tab.

  • Right after Stats, you’ll find a submenu/dropdown.

  • Select "Add to Automation" from the menu.

  • A popup will appear—simply choose the automation where you want to enroll these subscribers.

And that’s it! 🚀 You’ve successfully bulk-enrolled subscribers into your automation.
